Our client is a global provider of banking technology and they have an exciting new opportunity for a PMO Coordinator to work on a contract basis with the view to permanent conversion after 6 months. This role is based in Central London and will see you work with some high profile Banks across the UK.

We are looking for Project Coordinators, Administrators and Analysts with; experience of working in financial services and / or banking; experience of working on software projects / product implementations; a good academic track record including professional qualifications in project management and perhaps also technology; a positive can-do attitude, solutions orientated and someone who has gained solid commercial experience thus far but is looking to get ahead in a company that is growing rapidly. This role is contract to start with but will convert to permanent and as such we are looking to identify people who would fit into the organisation / team as well as those who posses the necessary skills. If you come from or have worked at a Big 5 consulting company or a large recognized banking & financial services vendor organisation, this would be hugely advantageous. The Project Coordinator will; Liaise with and report to the Project Manager; Act as first point of contact in PM's absence; Keep PM and other parties up-to-date with project progress, escalations etc; Manage and track project plans, change requests, risks & issues and project finances/budget; Organize and sometimes chair meetings, certainly taking minutes in meetings; Raising and sending invoices; Organize travel / accommodation for project resources and ensure expenses / timesheets are collated, authorized etc on time; Ensure proper filing and storing of project information; Help to communicate across the project the material and information that is needed as and when according to instructions and plans etc; be experienced in Banking & Financial Services; Software Project Implementations; Ideally have Financial Systems experience; be London based.

PRINCE2, MSP, PMP qualifications would be important, as would a degree educated individual. Fluency in English is essential as is the ability to work/travel in the UK and Europe without the need of sponsorship or additional visas.

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and proactive senior product analyst to work for a business services Company and a leading provider of transaction processing solutions.  This company operates on a global scale by connecting buyers and sellers in over 160 countries through traditional online and corporate channels.

The Senior Product Analyst is assigned the responsibility for managing global products with significant associated revenue and will also take responsibility for leading other Analysts to ensure coordinated work effort for a given product.

In addition to the existing duties of a Product Analyst the Senior Product Analyst will be expected to represent the company at trade shows, customer events, industry summits and meetings as well as deputising for the Product Manager when required.

This is an exciting and diverse role for a product analyst to work with external customers to provide expertise throughout the product lifecycle to ensure it delivers the benefits of the business case and meets market requirements.

This role, you will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of the product and you must be able to lead and influence across functional team to ensure product meets the market requirements; achieves financial objectives and delivers operational value to the customer.

As the product analyst, you will need to develop the market requirements and articulate product vision in order to brief the technology development teams, customers and industry bodies.

You will be expected to provide competitive analysis, and all costs associated with the designing, development and deployment of the product.
This will require creating and maintaining a product roadmap that can illustrate and communicate product strategy and how this will mature and envelope to provide the customers with operational value.

Moreover, you will be involved in consultation, focus groups, and product expertise and support the commercial sales team to formulate customer acquisition and retention strategies.

Collecting, understanding, and writing the business requirements for the product, and translating these into functional specifications and use cases

To provide the link between the customer, development team and any third party regarding software functionality, throughout the development lifecycle

Day to day analysis and management of change requests in relation to the project plans to ensure agreed deadlines are met

Handling day to day development queries and verbally communicating business rules and requirements in an agile environment

Document workflows and results of business analysis and obtain sign-off from client on the specifications

Ability to perform and assist in UAT

Attend customer briefings, trade and travel industry bodies representing the company and its interests

Developing and writing market requirements documents

Conducting competitive analysis and providing internal and external messaging both written and verbal

Analyzing and writing user scenarios / stories for agile development methodologies

Facilitating the management of small enhancements and monitoring defect status

Provide key contributions to product plan and business case

Develop and deliver key product functionality messages for creation of sales and product marketing collateral

Role Requirements

Experience as a Product Analyst or Product Marketing Manager
Demonstrated success of defining, developing and deploying products
Extensive experience in a job managing product development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Graduate Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) or equivalently qualified by experience
Formal training/qualification or demonstrate able experience of new product commercialization
Customer centric thinking and acting
Outstanding communications skills for internal and external audiences

Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority
Must be able to travel 40% of the time including global travel

My client works with Banks Government, Retail and Corporate and provide software products which need to be delivered. As part of the delivery, there is complex design and build work that needs to be done and with that comes a lot of administration project plans, risks & issues logs, change control registers, communication control, meetings & travel organisation, minutes from meetings, documentation distribution. The Project Office Administrator will need to cover for the Project Manager and Consultants when they are unavailable and help to manage customer relationships with the banks. This role will suit a Saudi national and will be based in Riyadh.

You will also need to demonstrate an excellent academic and if you have a good professional track record in project management/support with a thorough understanding of formal project management methods, processes, procedures, and support, this would be hugely advantageous

Reporting to the CIO, the Project Director or Senior Deployment Manager will ensure the successful deployment of complex banking systems into the live environment and as such, we are looking for skilled, experienced and mature Project Managers who have experience of getting products into the live environment and getting them working properly bringing the ROI and required business benefit that the business has set out and demands.

As the Project Director, you will; have vast experience of delivering complex banking systems; have expertise covering the full life cycle and be well versed in all facets of the end-end delivery, especially bringing an understanding of the complexities that product deployments can present; extremely good knowledge and banking & financial services; solid stakeholder, sponsor vendor and 3rd party management skills; good commercial project management and delivery skills covering project finances, SOW, business case, plans/risks/issues, change/process re-engineering etc.

The role would suit someone who is used to Thai culture, has experience of working in Thailand and ideally someone who speaks Thai and even better is Thai or currently living in Thailand. This role will report to and work with some senior level Thai officials of a major bank and the expectation is to deliver. In order to do that, it will certainly help to have a good affinity with the Thai culture. If you are a certified and a qualified individual / professional in Programme & Project Management in one or multiple of PMP, PRINCE2, MSP, this would be hugely advantageous. The Project Director will; provide guidance for other Project Managers and instill into the division strong project governance; manage external customer relationships to include partner and 3rd party organisations, business leaders, users, traders, brokers, systems administrators, as well as technical staff within the banks; manage internal business relationships across product, development, consulting, sales, HR, professional services, support and customer management; manage multi-faceted technical and functional teams based in different locations; manage projects with large amounts of offshore software development resources; manage the full life cycle software product delivery from design-configuration through testing and product build release and implementation/rollout; manage all facets essential for a successful delivery ROI, Business Benefit Realization, Earned Value (if possible), planning, risk & issue, change & configuration, communication so on and so forth.

The successful Project Director will therefore be commercially astute, be flexible to travel and to work on customer sites, have good banking business and domain expertise, and be able to demonstrate referenceable track record of software delivery with teams based in different locations. They specialise in a wide variety of industry sectors, business areas, and technologies, but the area in question here is software & services, and technology services for the healthcare industry.

We are currently looking for an expereinced Services Director/ Programme Director with relevant vendor side expereince ideally from a consulting organisation, software product & services company or a professional services company. A knowledge of Project, Programme and Portfolio Management is another vital requirement of the role. Software delivery experience is preferable but more important is an understanting of the client side software delivery, client management, stakeholder management, sponsor management, regional business management, P&L management, professional services management, sales support, and commercial management.
This person will not be responsilbe for Sales and Systems Support but they will take over full responsibility post sale and handover at Go-Live / Post - Implementation.

You will be responsible for a team of circa 20 which consists of Project Managers, Support Engineers and Technical Consultants. This person will need to change the culture of the servies unit where at present there exists a large sales focus which in turn leads to difficulties for the systems support team where they have to deal with a multitude of technical and commercial problems not to mention contractual complications. People will need to be trained, upskilled and a certain degree of cross-skilling will also need to take place. Project Governance needs to be put in place, implemented and rolled out across the region to ensure that buy-in is achieved and practical application is adhered to. You will also be required to engage in the hiring of new people. A dashboard of projects will need to be put in place, tracked and managed and a culture of true services and project management knowledge needs to be instilled.

This postion is headquartered in Riyadh and will involve travel to various sites throughout the Middle East including Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, UAE and Qatar. You will report directly to the Services Director for CIS, Eurasia, Middle East and Africa.
