Aquila Consulting Group was founded in January 1994 under the banner Hamilton Parker Associates. The business originally focused on executive search and selection within the electronics and telecom sectors.

In 2001 Hamilton Parker was incorporated into a new parent company, Aquila Consulting Group, enabling complementary, niche practices to be added in order to provide clients with a wider range of recruitment services.

The company has continued to expand its operations across the UK and now has experienced teams based in Bracknell and Bristol. Over fifty percent of our assignments are carried out on an international basis.
